when the waitress asked what will I buy
Sunshine, rain, or even hail
for me there's only one cocktail
That's Martini Extra Dry

She put down her cocktail try
and turned to me and said
"Hey Mister! give this drink a try"
I don't mean to be uncouth
but there's far too much vermouth
for Martini Extra Dry

Oh, I've had my quota
of drinking up those scotch and sodas
gin and tonics won't suffice
If you want to make me happy
one more round and make it snappy
