it makes little sense to me
our growing urban density
is causing a propensity for
us to be mean

it borders on insanity
lashing out profanity
forgetting our humanity
its almost obscene

i know the world seems faster than it used to be
but that doesn't mean you have to take it out on me
my advice is concise and its so easy to do .
a single simple concept for me and you

you against the world
will only make you sick

smile at total strangers
don't sweat the small stuff

its not a complicated plan
allow me to expand
give a helping hand
and see what ensues

before you rant and rave
or curse a stranger to their grave
just let it go and behave
how you wish that they'd do.

but that doesn't mean we have to spew hostility

HB Radke has music in his blood. The son of Harry James Orchestra frontman Fred Radke and vocalist Gina Funes, HB started on the trumpet at the age of 8. He started his own big band just a few years after that. His career as a vocalist began in his teens.
